When you order custom-made items such as necklaces, bracelets, or anklets  please make sure that you provide us with the correct  information such as size, color, quantity, etc.

Custom-made Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged except in case of wrong or defective items.  If we send you  wrong or defective product, you can return it within 15 days and we will exchange it with the correct item

You can return any other unused product, except  custom-made Jewelry, for any reason within 15 days from the day of purchase, for refund or exchange. We’ll ask you however to pay the postage to send back any item that does not 100% delight you.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
