You can return

any unused, unopened product within 15 days from the day that you receiver the merchandise, for refund or exchange. Customer pays return postage. Shipping fees are not refundable. Custom made Jewelry are not refundable.

Custom-made Jewelry

When you order custom-made Jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, anklets  please make sure that you provide us with the correct  information such as size, color, quantity, etc.

Custom-made Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged except in case of wrong or defective items.  If we send you  wrong or defective product, you can return it within 15 days and we will exchange it with the correct item
